Improved Driveline Angle
Our tandem rear axle systems use an above-center position of the pinion gear. This reduces the driveline angle between the forward and rear axles. That means less driveline vibrations, lower maintenance costs, and longer life.
Precision Ground Gears
The ring gear and pinion are precision cut using a state-of-the-art dry power cutting process that ensures consistent gear mesh. Those tighter tolerances mean a quieter, smoother ride, and more confidence during for higher torque pulls.
Our oil slinger delivers lubrication to the bearings in mere seconds.
The integrated ring gear means less wear on the differential and a longer service life.
Oil Slinger
To ensure full lubrication of the power divider, even at very low speeds, we added an oil slinger that delivers oil to the bearings in a matter of seconds, not minutes. The slinger removes the need for an oil pump in the axle, which lowers your cost of operation and maintenance.
Larger Differential
We eliminated the pinion-head bearing to make room for a larger differential, increasing stability and axle durability.
Integrated Ring Gear Design
Robustly designed to withstand the most rigorous trucking environments, the ring gear incorporates into an integrated, one-piece differential case for added strength and stability.
